Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay informed on current promotions, policies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
Follow all operational procedures including loss prevention and safety protocols.
